We offer both Board & Train and Private Lessons.

Programs are customized to meet your specific needs.
  BOARD & TRAIN
Your dog is trained and stays at Green Dog during the entire training duration. With this type of type of program, Green Dog is training your dog for you. When you come to pick up your dog at the end of the training session, we then train you. You are shown step-by-step, exactly how to reinforce and maintain the training at home. We then have you and your dog come back approximately one week later for a short follow-up lesson to insure proper maintenance.
14 Day Board & Train
This program is for the dog that doesn't have overly established bad habits and doesn't need as much extensive training. It is designed primarily for dogs under the age of 1 year.  It covers all our basic commands as well as works on behavior problems. This program also comes with unlimited lifetime support.  *This package includes exclusive access to future boarding at our kennel.  Refresher training during boarding stays is available at an additional cost.

  Private Lessons
This is a package consisting of five (5), approximately one (1) hour, lessons.  They are held at Green Dog Training once a week for five weeks.  The trainer works individually with you and your dog on the basic commands.  Daily "homework" is assigned after each lesson.

  Pre Puppy Consultations
Before you bring your new puppy home, let us consult you on giving your dog the best head start.  We can also guide you on the best breed for your family and lifestyle.  We can tell you what you need for your puppy and the best way to stop bad habits before they start. 
We will guide you as the best way to housebreak your dog and deal with behaviors such as chewing, playbiting and jumping.
Training is about consistency and repetition.  The longer the training stay with us, the more advanced the dog will be on commands which makes the transition to the owner and maintenance of the training easier for the dog as well as the owner.  In the case of behavior modification, it always takes longer to break a bad habit than learn a new behavior.  With this 6 week course, the dog has more time to replace bad habits with good behaviors that in turn become good habits. This program is especially helpful for adult dogs that have been exhibiting bad behaviors over an extended period of time.  This program will help to take your dog further to his/her personal best.  This programs covers all our basic commands as well as works on behavior modification.  More off leash work is done with this program than any of our other programs.  This course comes with unlimited lifetime support.  Which means if you ever have any problems following training, that you with your dog may come as often as needed for private instruction with a trainer. This is available for as long as you have your dog. * This package includes exclusive access to future boarding at our kennel.  During boarding stays you dog can receive free refresher training as well as free playtimes and socialization.
You will also be given an instructional Graduation DVD starring your dog.

42 Day Board & Train

This program covers all our basic commands as well as works on behavior problems. This program is very thorough and is for dogs of all ages.  It works well for adult dogs with bad habits as well as young dogs having difficulty with housebreaking.   It comes with unlimited lifetime support. *This package includes exclusive access to future boarding at our kennel.  During boarding stays you dog can receive free refresher training as well as free playtimes and socialization.
You will also be given to take home an instructional Graduation  DVD starring your dog.
